HACKENSACK—NAI James E. Hanson represented both parties in a 3,309-sq.-ft. lease transaction at Executive Center, a 155,000-sq.-ft. office building located at 560 Sylvan Avenue in in Englewood Cliffs.
Ketchum & Walton Co., which supplies noise control, air filtration and HVAC solutions to select U.S. markets, agreed to a long-term lease at the site, where it will relocate its sales office from Rockland County, N.Y., in order to better service client New York and New Jersey.
NAI Hanson vice president Anthony J. Cassano represented Ketchum & Walton as well as the property's landlord Goodrich Executive LLC.
Developed by Fred Brunetti Construction, Executive Center is a class-B office building that was constructed in 1970 and is located in the Bergen East cluster, George Washington Bridge submarket. The three-story site, which is more than 84 percent leased and has a typical floor plate measuring 51,667 sq. ft., features 150 covered parking spaces, on-site property management, a gym/fitness center and an onsite cafeteria.
