UNION—Newmark Knight Frank represented The TriZetto Group Inc. in a new, long-term lease extension for 67,763 sq. ft. at 1085 Morris Avenue in Union. The Colorado-based healthcare IT software and service firm has maintained its regional office here since 2003.

Newmark Knight Frank’s Richard Mirliss, Richard J. Madison, Bill Benton (with the firm’s San Francisco office), Hope Brodsky and Kieran McGee represented TriZetto in the transaction. Cushman & Wakefield’s David Stifleman and Dan Jonsen represented sub-landlord AGL Resources.
