NEW JERSEY—Freeman Products Worldwide, a trophy manufacturer, signed a 44,000-sq.-ft. warehouse lease at 71 Walsh Drive in Parsippany. The company is relocating from its Elmwood Park location as a result of its expansion.
Bonni Heller, associate director of Cushman & Wakefield’s East Rutherford office, represented the tenant in negotiating the long-term deal. Howard Weinberg and Andrew Houston of Cassidy Turley worked on behalf of Walsh Drive Associates, owner of 71 Walsh Drive, in the transaction.
Constructed in 1995, 71 Walsh Drive is located within the Fox Hill Industrial Park in Parsippany at the intersection of Routes 46 and 80. The building offers more than 75,000 sq. ft. of space, which includes 1,561 sq. ft. of office space. In addition, the warehouse is equipped with 22-ft. ceilings and offers surface and covered parking.
