Plug-and-Play Up and Running at 95 Greene Street in Jersey City

NEW JERSEYSJP Properties has made two full floors of space at 95 Greene Street, an eight-story, Class A office building in Jersey City, available for plug-and-play use. The floors, which taken together total 84,472 sq. ft., offer a turnkey environment for users and a full-building generator.

“We are seeing strong demand in the market for high-quality, move-in ready space that allows companies to be up and running with little-to-no business interruption,” stated Peter Bronsnick, senior vice president of leasing for SJP Properties. “Our turnkey space at 95 Greene Street addresses this need.”

The two floors of plug-and-play space includes 124 workstations and 38 furnished offices that feature Knoll furniture, 9-ft. finished ceiling heights with 13-ft. exposed finished deck, as well as amenities that include a fitness center, full-time building security, on-site property management and conference rooms. The building’s basement offers parking for more than 130 cars.

A former toothpaste factory, 95 Greene Street was purchased by SJP Properties in 1999, which transformed the property into office space in less than a year. Merrill Lynch is the property’s anchor tenant.
