Powerflow Yoga Joins Shops on the Green

MORRISTOWN—Powerflow Yoga, the heated, Vinyasa-style yoga studio with locations in Chatham and Livingston, will open a new studio this spring at The Shops on the Green, the retail component of 40 Park, a mixed-used development in downtown Morristown.

The 2,000-sq.-ft. facility on the ground floor of The Metropolitan at 40 Park will feature open floor space for classes as well as locker rooms with bathrooms and showers. Most classes will be taught in a heated environment —with temperatures reaching up to 98 degrees.

Classes at Powerflow Yoga will be held throughout the day, beginning in the early morning and running through the evening, allowing people with varying schedules to participate. The format will accommodate all skill levels from beginner to advanced. Styles that incorporate the Vinyasa flow, such as Jivamukti, Anusara and Ashtanga, will be included.

The Shops on the Green anchors the 76-unit 40 Park luxury condominium building and the 130-unit Metropolitan at 40 Park rental building. Other tenants currently include Roots Steak House, Urban Table, Starbucks, Qdoba Mexican Grill and the AT&T Store.
