NEW JERSEY—Sea Girt Square retail center has completed its redevelopment. The 44,000-sq.-ft. retail center is located at 2100 Route 35 at Ocean Road in Wall Township.
River Drive Construction Co. served as construction manager for the project, which was completed in three stages to allow existing tenants to remain in place. The Dietz Partnership LLC served as architect.
The redevelopment included a re-built structure and raised ceiling heights. In addition, all storefronts received floor-to-ceiling glass and new mechanical systems.
Constructed in 1974, tenant roster at Sea Girt Square currently includes Wings Fitness, Carter & Cavero, Village Coffee and Ralph's Famous Italian Ice, among others.
Gottesman Real Estate, a commercial real estate investment firm based in Livingston, is leasing the site to retail businesses.
