NEW JERSEY—Morris Brick and Stone Co., a supplier of masonry and landscaping materials, has selected River Drive Construction to build a new, two-story 3,500-sq.-ft. building at 94 Ridgedale Ave. in Morristown, which will serve as Morris Brick and Stone’s showroom.
The building, which began construction in July, will be brick-faced and include a showroom as well as warehouse and overhead storage space. Slated for completion by year’s end, Jeff Rawding of F.J. Rawding AIA Architectural Design & Planning in Morristown is working wit River Drive Construction on the building.
Morris Brick and Stone is a family-owned business that was founded in the 1930s. The company’s new building will be located on property owned by the family, which was formerly the home of Morris and Mollie Goldberg, the company's founders.
