NEW JERSEY—Development firm Riverfront Residential has completed construction on the first phase of Riverwalk in Elmwood, N.J. The multifamily rental community is located along the river at 400 Riverfront Boulevard and includes a total of 158 rental residences, as well as 17,000 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail space. The first, recently completed phase of the development includes 91 one- and two-bedroom apartments.

Amenities available to residents include on-site parking, a fitness center, virtual doorman and a private river walk is planned along the Passaic River.
Residences at Riverwalk include nine-foot ceilings, oak wood flooring in the living areas and a full-size washer and dryer. Kitchens include granite countertops, tile flooring, glass tile backsplashes and stainless steel appliances.
