NEW JERSEY—Sanofi has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle as exclusive sales and leasing agent for the New Jersey Center of Excellence at Bridgewater, a 1.2-million-sq.-ft. research and development campus located in Bridgewater Township.
The Jones Lang LaSalle team overseeing the assignment is being led by Managing Director-Broker Lead Dan Loughlin, MCR, SIOR, and includes Managing Director Tom Stanton, and Senior Vice Presidents Jim Medenbach, Craig Eisenhardt and Bob Ryan.
Jones Lang LaSalle will work with Sanofi’s real estate consulting group, JM Zell Partners Ltd., to market the property.
Located at 1041 U.S. Highway 202/206, the property is situated on 110 acres in Somerset County and includes a mix of laboratory/research buildings, administrative offices and production and climate-controlled distribution space. Offering frontage on I-287, the campus is accessible to Newark Liberty International Airport and Midtown Manhattan.
Amenities at the property include a full-service cafeteria, helipad, fitness center and conference facility.
