NEW JERSEY—Lakewood, N.J.-based Madison Commercial Real Estate Services (MCRES) has named Debra Smith as an associate general counsel of the firm’s legal team. Smith specializes in complex commercial real estate transactions in New York for Madison Title Agency.
Previously, Smith served was senior vice president of Fidelity National Financial where she managed attorneys and related support staff. She has extensive experience in managing litigation related to title insurance and coverage law.
