NEW JERSEY—Sundance Vacations has signed a long-term, 7,275-sq.-ft. of office space at 959 Route 46 East in Parsippany, N.J. Cushman & Wakefield Inc.’s Christian Politan and Jon Williams represented Sundance Vacations in the deal, while CBRE’s Dan Casey served as the landlord’s representative.
The tenant, which specializes in discount vacations, is relocating its regional office in Rockaway to its new space in Parsippany.
“Our client wanted an office setting with a ground-level, dedicated entrance, and the ability to operate after standard business hours to accommodate evening sales appointments,” Politan said. “This property not only provides that flexibility, but offers ample parking and great access from both Route 46 and I-80.”
Headquartered in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., Sundance Vacations maintains three additional regional offices in Pennsylvania and Illinois.
