N.J.’s Tryko Reaches 95 Percent Occupancy at Fox Hill Half-Time

NEW JERSEY—Fox Hill Apartments in Monroeville, Pa. is midway through a repositioning project by owner Tryko Partners LLC in Brick, N.J. The property has attained 95 percent occupancy of its 436 units.

Tryko Partners purchased the property approximately 18 months ago and launched a multi-million-dollar renovation. Situated on 28 acres on Fox Hill Drive, Fox Hill Apartments includes one-, two- and three-bedroom residences in four brick-clad buildings. Amenities include a pool, tennis court, playground, community room and guest suites. At the time of Tryko Properties purchase, the property was approximately 78 percent occupied.

To date, Tryko has remodeled approximately 200 units, incorporating modern finishes such as granite countertops and stainless appliances. Tryko also has remodeled lobbies and common areas in each of the property’s four buildings, added a community pavilion for picnics and barbeques and built a sand volleyball court on the grounds.

During the next 18 months, Tryko will renovate the balance of the property’s apartments. The company recently added a fitness center and plans to add a business center to enhance resident services.
