MOONACHIE—Weiss Realty has inked four lease transactions totaling 9,671-sq.-ft. at Kennedy Medical Center in Union Citywith Sana Sleep Study, Inc., Dr. Juan A. Gonzalez, Surgical Specialist of North Jersey, Stephano Stella, MD and Santa Marina Pharmacy, LLC.
The new tenants join other medical professionals and tenants including Bayada Nurses, Inc., Progressive Pediatrics, Cardio-Med Services, and Health Check Eye Center. In addition, Confident Care renewed their long term lease for 1,960 sq. ft.
Kennedy Medical Center, located at 3196 Kennedy Boulevard, is a 4-story art-deco building located off Route 3 in Union City, one of the nation’s most densely populated cities. The 100,000- sq.-ft. building now has 6,582 sq. ft. of medical office space available, which can be divided to suit.
Situated in an Urban Enterprises Zone and zoned for most medical uses, the building features include treatment rooms with spacious waiting areas for patients and family members, ADA accessibility, and ample onsite parking with easy accessibility to public transportation.
