Woodmont's Saddle River Grand Reaches 60 Percent Sold

SADDLE RIVER—Saddle River Grand is a new collection of manor homes from Woodmont Properties, which has reported that 60 percent of the 68 manor homes are sold. The developer, which has limited availability in Phase I, plans to debut Phase II, consisting of 20 manor homes, on March 15.

New and prospective homebuyers joined together with Woodmont officials to kick off the grand opening of the sales gallery on Saturday, February 25 and Sunday, February 26. Visitors now have the opportunity to view artist renderings, virtual floor plans and sample materials of the homes now under construction.

Designed by architect Robert Zampolin of Zampolin & Associates, Saddle River Grand is inspired by classic Georgian architecture, combining a classic brick exterior with modern features and finishes. The community features a clubhouse including full-time concierge services. Residents can take advantage of the club room, fitness center, private yoga and training studio, outdoor pool and other amenities.
