JV Picks Up Midtown South Office Building for $55.5M

NEW YORKA joint venture partnership made up of Kaufman Organization and Lubert-Adler has purchased an office building at 27-35 West 24th Street in Midtown Manhattan for $55.5 million.

Massey Knakal VP of Sales Thomas Gammino worked with Vice Chairman and Partner John Ciraulo and Director of Sales Craig Waggner to represent the purchaser. The seller was represented by J. Gregory Saver of Satterlee Stephens Burke and Burke LLP.

Comprised of 11 stories, 27-35 West 24th Street is located in Midtown South’s Silicon Alley and contains approximately 114,880 rentable sq. ft. on a 100-ft. by 98.8-sq.-ft. lot. The property is currently 100 percent occupied.
