The short-term disaster recovery space offers fully furnished space at 105 Maxess Road in Melville and provides users with fully functional telecommunications equipment. The spaces can accommodate from 10 to 60 employees and can be occupied within 24 hours. TOTUS also offers single offices that can accommodate smaller firms.
The offices are pre-wired for telephone and Internet with fiber optics and also include the use of a receptionist and call forwarding. Short-term leases are available on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
