W&H Leases Two More Creative Pre-builts at 1350 Broadway

NEW YORK—Garrigan Lyman Group (GLG), a digital creative agency, and WCD Group, an environmental consulting practice, have each signed a lease for pre-built space at W&H Properties’ 1350 Broadway property.

The pre-builts include loft-style, open layouts with glass-enclosed offices and conference rooms.

Garrigan Lyman Group (GLG), which specializes in online interactive marketing and is headquartered in Seattle, leased a 4,136-sq.-ft. suite on the 19th floor.

WCD Group, the environmental consulting firm headquartered in Pennington, N.J., leased a 3,675-sq.-ft. unit, also on the 19th floor.

Jamie Addeo and Jane Roundell of Cresa represented GLG in lease negotiations, and Joshua Berger and Jack Senior of Norman Bobrow represented WCD. Robert Silver, Anthony Sciacca and Neil Rubin of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord in both transactions. Malkin Holdings L.L.C. supervises the property.
