Active Network Doubles Space at 370 Lexington

NEW YORKThe Active Network has doubled its office space at 370 Lexington Avenue to now occupy more than 6,300 sq. ft. The tenant is relocating a separate division of the company from the West Side of Manhattan to its 370 Lexington Avenue space.

The landlord, Sherwood Equities, was represented internally by Adam Weissleder and Jill Burrowes.

In 2009, Sherwood Equities completed a $24 million capital improvement program at 370 Lexington Avenue, which included new HVAC and sprinkler infrastructures, updated lobby and upgraded conference center. The 27-story building offers 307,000 sq. ft. of space.

The Active Network is an online registration and event management software company based in San Diego. The company, which counts Starbucks, Cisco and Oracle among its clients, has occupied space at 370 Lexington Avenue since 2005. The firm will take occupancy in July.
