Arbor Appoints Zachary Richler as Director in New York Office

NEW YORK—Arbor Commercial Mortgage LLC has named Zachary Rechler its director in the company’s New York City office. In this role, Rechler is responsible for originating loans under all of Arbor’s multifamily and commercial product lines, including Fannie Mae, FHA, bridge and mezzanine loans.

Prior to joining Arbor, Rechler was vice president at NorthMarq Capital, where he was responsible for debt and equity placement for insurance companies and pension fund investors. Prior to serving as vice president, Rechler was an investment analyst and associate producer at NorthMarq Capital.

Arbor Commercial Mortgage LLC and Arbor Commercial Funding LLC are national direct lenders specializing in the origination of debt and equity financing and servicing for multifamily and other diverse commercial assets. Arbor is headquartered in Uniondale, N.Y.
