BROOKLYN, NY—Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates Inc. has arranged a 27,000-sq.-ft. long-term lease for Blue Sky Plastics Inc., at 305 Johnson Avenue in the East Williamsburg section of Brooklyn, N.Y.

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates broker Linda Wong represented the tenant and owner in the deal.
