Bronx-Based KZA Realty Group Closes Three Local Deals

NEW YORK—KZA Realty Group recently brokered three deals in the Bronx, representing the landlord and the tenant. Combined, these transactions totaled 38,332 sq. ft. and more than $3 million.

Kathy Zamechansky, president and owner of KZA Realty closed the deals, which included:

• 30,000 buildable sq. ft. at 304 Echo Place purchased by the Post Graduate Center for Mental Health from John Basmano for $900,000.

• A 10-year, 7,300-sq.-ft. lease at 3305 Third Avenue for Forever Young Social Adult Daycare. The tenant took space on the first floor of the building, which is owned by Sam Gaccione of TNS Development Group.

• A five-year, 1,032-sq.-ft. lease for MJ Brick Oven Pizza at 122 Westchester Square, which is owned by Dorado Realty L.L.C.

"Our goal is always total satisfaction for our clients," Zamechansky said. "Our experience and solid knowledge of the Bronx market allowed these deals to come together for the benefit of our clients on both sides."
