Brooklyn Parcel Sells for $1.475M to Developer

NEW YORKAn unnamed developer has purchased 3220 Boardwalk West, a 6,278-sq.-ft. parcel of land located in Brooklyn for $1.475 million.

Maria Barbatsis, Erik Rodriguez and Derek Bestreich, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Brooklyn office, and Matthew Fotis, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.

The buyer was secured and represented by Lazarus Apostolidis, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan office, along with Fotis and Barbatsis.
