C&K Properties Taps Cushman & Wakefield for 1710 Broadway Assignment

NEW YORK—C&K Properties has tapped Cushman & Wakefield’s Stuart Romanoff, Jonathan Luttwak and Ross Eisenberg, along with Myles Fennon of the firm’s strategic agency services group, to serve as leasing agents for 1710 Broadway, a 60,000-sq.-ft., six floor office building.

The property is located between Times Square and Columbus Circle and will be available in 2014.

Zoned with Times Square signage rights and 130 ft. of frontage on Broadway, 1710 Broadway also offers the potential for roof-access for a private outdoor space.

C&K Properties acquired the property in 2003 and has a capital improvement project planned for the property, which will include a renovated lobby, upgraded elevator mechanicals, renovated cabs, new HVAC and electrical service and an updated façade.

Built in 1917, the property was originally built as the New York headquarters and showroom for the Ford Motors Company.
