Carrier Northeast Takes 5,320 Sq. Ft. at 240 West 35th St.

NEW YORK—Carrier Northeast has signed a 5,320-sq.-ft. lease and will occupy the entire top floor at 240 West 35th St.

Hidrock Realty’s Robert Kaplan, director of leasing, represented the landlord in the transaction. The tenant was represented by Jason Frazier of CBRE. The building is owned and operated in partnership with Meritage Properties.

A loft-style, Energy Star property, 240 West 35th St. has a newly renovated attended lobby with 24/7 access, concierge, new elevators and updated central air and exposed ceilings.

The property is located in close proximity to public transportation and transportation hubs such as Penn Station and Port Authority.
