Cassidy Turley Continues to Expand New York Team, Hires Bruce Weinberg

NEW YORK CITY—Bruce N. Weinberg has joined Cassidy Turley as executive managing director in the New York office.

Weinberg previously worked in leadership roles at CBRE, Inc. and The Ginsberg Organization.

He has completed in excess of $2.4 billion of national and international transactions, involving some of the world’s leading private and publicly held companies. The transactions he has orchestrated during his career include tenant representation assignments, managing leases of commercial properties and developing strategic opportunities with clients.

Weinberg has represented building agency assignments including the repositioning of 380 Madison Avenue and the leasing of 534,000 sq. ft. to the United Nations; Facebook’s 41,000-sq.-ft.,16-year lease with the Milstein’s 335 Madison Avenue property and his continued service to CRES Inc.’s 192 Lexington Avenue building.

While at CBRE, Weinberg served as first vice president. He was actively involved in sourcing new business opportunities, directing multiple portfolio transactions along various business lines and coordinating strategic marketing campaigns.
