Charming Charlie Takes Four Locations in Multiple Markets

NEW YORK—New York City-based Brixmor Property Group has completed four new leases with Charming Charlie, a fashion jewelry and accessories retailer, for locations across the Brixmor portfolio.

New locations for Charming Charlie include:

• Kildeer, Ill., where the retailer will occupy 6,471 sq. ft. at The Quentin Collection, located north of I-90, on the northeast corner of North Rand Road (Route 12) and North Quentin Road.
• Spartanburg, S.C., where the retailer will occupy 9,048 sq. ft. at Hillcrest Shopping Center, located southeast of the Interstate 585 and Interstate 85 junction, on the northeast corner of Main Street (Route 29) and Fernwood Glendale Road.
• Hermitage, Tenn., where the retailer will occupy 7,200 sq. ft. at Oakwood Commons, located north of I-40 on the northeast corner of Lebanon Pike (Highway 70) and Andrew Jackson Parkway.
• Orlando, Fla., where the retailer will occupy 6,500 sq. ft. at Pointe Orlando, located on International Drive across from the Orange County Convention Center.
