City of New York Expands Space at 100 Church Street

NEW YORK—The City of New York has signed a 131,946-sq.-ft. expansion lease at 100 Church Street in Manhattan. The expansion brings the City’s occupancy at the 21-story building to 504,466 sq. ft. of space.

CBRE’s Michael Geoghegan and John Morrill represented the City of New York, while Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Brian Waterman, James Kuhn and Lance Korman represented the landlord. The building is owned by SL Green Realty Corp.

Totaling 1.05 million sq. ft. of space, 100 Church Street features new restrooms, windows and elevators and provides access to public transportation. The property is also Energy Star rated.
