NEW YORK CITY— Colliers International has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent for 245 Fifth Avenue, the 303,000-sq.-ft. building near Madison Square Park that is jointly owned by The Moinian Group and Thor Equities.

The Art Deco tower, located at the corner of 28th Street and Fifth Avenue, will undergo a prebuild program for mid-level and tower floors from 2,000 to 9,000 sq. ft. featuring updated finishes and glass entryways. Those needing more space can take advantage of the tower’s “building-within-a-building” option where they can lease up to 45,000 sq. ft. on three contiguous base floors.

Built in 1927 and designed by George F. Pelham, additional tenants in the 26-story tower include Citi, Say Media and Big Brothers Big Sisters, among others.
