Corner Space Comes to Market in East 86th Street Corridor

NEW YORK CITY—A Third Avenue corner retail space is coming to market in the East 86th Street corridor.

The 4,700-sq.-ft. corner space, with more than 53 ft. of frontage on Third Avenue, will soon be available on the southwest corner of East 87th Street. The site is part of The Gotham—a Malkin Properties retail condominium—and is adjacent to a multiplex movie theater. The retail condominium itself occupies the base of a 25-story luxury residence.

Retailers in the immediate vicinity of the available space include Athleta, Aveda, Banana Republic, H&M, L'Occitane, Sephora and Steve Madden.

A reasonable division of the space will be considered.
