BROOKLYN—The CPEX retail leasing team has completed two leases on Court Street in the Carroll Gardens/Cobble Hill sections of Brooklyn.
The spaces, located at 327 and 195 Court Street, represent the second and third leases on Court Street for CPEX’s retail leasing team of Ryan Condren and Eric Altschul in the past two months. At both locations, CPEX represented the landlord and secured a tenant and lease price at or near the asking price.
At 327 Court Street, CPEX has placed Prudential Douglas Elliman, a real estate firm with locations throughout New York. Prudential’s decision to relocate on Court Street, to a space twice as large as their prior location, testifies to the strength of the Carroll Gardens and Cobble Hill real estate markets.
Nearby, at 195 Court Street, Condren and Altschul placed Goldy + Mac, a boutique apparel store. Goldy + Mac has two retail locations in Park Slope, but this is their first venture into the Cobble Hill area.
