CPEX Completes the Sale of 154 Prospect Park Southwest

BROOKLYN—The CPEX New York Mixed-Use Team has sold a mixed-use property located at 154 Prospect Park Southwest.

The property is situated directly across from Prospect Park and consists of one commercial unit and two one- bedroom apartments. The 2,400- sq.-ft. building is located in an R6A/R5B zoning district and sold for $883,000 in an all- cash transaction. The property was delivered vacant. The new owner plans to renovate both residential units, as well as the commercial unit, and lease them to new tenants.

The property is located in Windsor Terrace, a primarily residential neighborhood of Brooklyn.
