Cresa Relocates Cloud Services Firm to Midtown

NEW YORK CITY—Cresa has negotiated a lease relocating the headquarters of Intermedia.net Inc., a provider of cloud computer services, to Tower 45 at 120 West 45th Street in midtown Manhattan.

The tenant, owned by Oak Hill Capital Partners, will occupy 8,400 sq. ft. under terms of a seven-year deal. The firm had been located at CitySpire, 156 West 56th Street.

Ed Wartels, vice president, joined Stella in representing the tenant. Diana Biassotti, Dana Kleiner and Frank Doyle of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, SL Green. Ashley Gee and David Kaufman of SL Green also represented the landlord.
