C&W Appointed Leasing Agent for 366 Broadway in Tribeca

NEW YORK—Cushman & Wakefield has been retained as the exclusive leasing agent for 15,730 sq. ft. of retail space at Collect Pond House located at 366 Broadway, at the northeast corner of Broadway and Franklin St. in Tribeca.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Joanne Podell, Matthew Seigel and Brandon L. Singer are leading the marketing efforts on behalf of the owner, Collect Pond House Inc.

Located in the Tribeca Historic District, the Collect Pond House was built in 1908 for Louis M Jones & Co. and was designed by Frederick C. Browne in the Beaux-Arts style. The building is faced in brick and limestone with terra-cotta trim and has a marble lobby and staircase with wrought-iron balustrade.

Redeveloped as residences and retail in 1979, 366 Broadway totals 12 floors with 35 units and three elevators, a common roof deck, video intercom security system and basement storage.

Located within walking distance of the Hudson River and Washington Market Parks and numerous subway lines, the space available offers 40 ft. of frontage space on Broadway and 80 ft. of frontage on Franklin St.

The retail space available spans three floors. The ground floor space being marketed by the Cushman & Wakefield team totals 6,275 sq. ft.; the mezzanine offers 975 sq. ft. of availability; and the 4,750 sq. ft. on the lower level. In addition, 3,730 sq. ft. of basement storage space is available.
