C&W Appointed Agents for Flatiron Retail Space

NEW YORK CITY—Cushman & Wakefield has been retained as the exclusive leasing agent for 9,000 sq. ft. of retail space at 155 Fifth Avenue, located between 21st and 22nd Streets in the Flatiron District.

The site offers 4,500 sq. ft. on the ground floor and another 4,500 sq. ft. on the lower level—which may also be used as selling space. The building features a brand new storefront with beautiful detailing, 45 feet of ground floor frontage, and ceiling heights of 18 feet on the main level. The site is available for occupancy in October 2012.

The retail space at 155 Fifth Avenue is being marketed by the Cushman & Wakefield brokerage team of Joanne Podell, Matthew Seigel and Brandon Singer. The building is owned by The Eretz Group. The landlord’s in-house representative, Melissa Rose, executive vice president will also represent the landlord in transaction negotiations.

Neighboring retailers in the area include Restoration Hardware, Eataly, Sephora, LOFT, Nike (coming soon), Michael Kors, H&M, Intermix, Solstice, Lucky Brand, Cole Haan, Kate Spade and New Balance. The location is in close proximity to N, R, 6, F, and M subway lines and is just steps from Madison Square Park
