Cycling Studio Takes First NYC Location

NEW YORKRevolve, a fitness company specializing in indoor cycling, leased its first New York location at 52 East 13th Street, between Broadway and University Place. The two-level space consists of a 2,000-sq.-ft. studio on the ground floor, in addition to 1,000 sq. ft. in the lower level.

Winick Realty Group LLC brokers Lee Block and Annie Shinn represented Revolve in this lease transaction, while Safeguard Realty represented ownership.

Block and Shinn have been retained as Revolve’s exclusive broker as the company continues its New York City expansion. Revolve is seeking locations throughout Manhattan, in areas of high residential density, that range from 1,800 to 3,000 sq. ft.

Revolve’s 52 East 13th Street location will be equipped with 50 stationary bicycles to offer group fitness classes.
