Denihan Hospitality Signs Management Agreement with Ark Partners for Shoreham Hotel

NEW YORK—Denihan Hospitality Group has signed a management agreement with Ark Partners for Shoreham hotel, a 177-room hotel located at West 55th Street in Midtown Manhattan. Plans for the property include being converted to an Affinia Hotel in the summer of 2013.

The addition of the hotel to its portfolio gives Denihan a total of 12 luxury and upper upscale properties in New York City.

“This agreement reaffirms our commitment to expanding our portfolio in New York and other key urban markets across the country,” said David Duncan, president of Denihan. “We are delighted to be building upon our relationship with Ark and adding the Shoreham to our growing collection of boutique hotels.”

Situated between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, the Shoreham is convenient to business, shopping, Central Park, Carnegie Hall and Broadway. The hotel offers catering and event facilities for up to 150 guests.

Affinia is a collection of boutique hotels in New York City and Washington, D.C.
