Dinosaur Bar-B-Que Commits to 604 Union for Its Sixth Location

NEW YORK—Dinosaur Bar-B-Que has signed a 9,000-sq.-ft. lease at 604 Union Street, between Third and Fourth avenues in the Boerum Hill/Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn.

Gary Mayzlin of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represented the landlord, a local developer, while BCD Concepts represented the tenant in the deal.

The one-story warehouse at 604 Union Street will be completely renovated to fit the needs of the bar/restaurant. 604 Union Street offers close proximity to the Brooklyn Queens Expressway, Flatbush and Atlantic avenues and the R subway line.

Syracuse-based Dinosaur Bar-B-Que serves lunch and dinner and offers a full bar and live music. Currently, the chain has five locations, not including its Union Street space. Most recently, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que opened a restaurant in Newark, N.J.
