Entertainment Law Firm Takes Space at 888 Seventh Avenue

NEW YORK—Levine Plotkin & Menin LLP, a New York-based entertainment law firm, has signed a long-term lease to occupy 7,600 sq. ft. of space at 888 Seventh Avenue, located between 56th and 57th Streets.

Levine Plotkin & Menin, which will relocate from 1740 Broadway following its lease expiration, will occupy part of the 10th floor at the Vornado-owned Midtown Manhattan office building. The firm was a long-standing tenant at 1740 Broadway, which is also owned by Vornado, having occupied space in the building since 1994.

Cushman & Wakefield, led by Josh Kuriloff, Jodi Roberts and Andrew Braver, represented Levine Plotkin & Menin. C&W has represented the firm in its last three lease transactions. Vornado was represented in-house by Glen Weiss and Jared Solomon.

888 Seventh Avenue is a 46-story, Class A building located within walking distance of Central Park and near major subway lines.

Levine Plotkin & Menin, which was founded in 1977, specializes in motion pictures, theater, television, literary publishing, music and music publishing, merchandising and endorsements, dance, fashion, design, photography, the Internet and new media.
