NEW YORK—Every Woman Wellness LLC has signed a new lease to occupy approximately 6,000 sq. ft. of space at 1375 Broadway.
Eric Meyer, Martin Meyer and Michael Thomas of Colliers International represented the landlord, an affiliate of Savanna, while Jeff Cohen and Paul Stern of Midtown Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant in this transaction.
Occupying a portion of the fifth floor for a 15-year term lease, Every Woman Wellness provides wellness care to women.
In addition to this lease transaction, Necessary Objects Ltd. has signed new lease to occupy approximately 4,000 sq. ft. of space at 1375 Broadway on the building’s fifth floor. Michael Thomas, Eric Meyer and Martin Meyer of Colliers International represented the landlord, while Jack Cohen of Colliers International represented the tenant in this transaction.
Located within walking distance to Times Square, Herald Square and Penn Station, 1375 Broadway is a Class B office building totaling 513,401 sq. ft.
