First Stamford Place Provides HQ for Vesta Partners

STAMFORD—Vesta Partners LLC, an international business consultancy focused on enterprise asset management, has signed a lease to relocate its headquarters to Malkin Properties’ First Stamford Place in Stamford, Conn.

Vesta Partners will take occupancy of 3,604 sq. ft. on the fifth floor of 300 First Stamford Place for a term of seven years.

Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president, Kimberly Zaccagnino, senior leasing associate, and Tara Long, leasing associate, all of Malkin Properties, represented the landlord in this transaction. The tenant was represented by Gerry Lees and Maureen O’Boyle of Cushman & Wakefield.

Malkin Properties is the marketing and management agent for the three-building, 810,000-sq.-ft. office complex. Malkin Construction will build out the new space for Vesta Partners.

First Stamford Place features on-going building-wide enhancements, including common corridor and restroom upgrades; in-house concierge service; a dining facility and catering service; fitness center; conference center; and on-site parking.

Additional amenities available include a car wash; newsstand; on-site management office; Hertz rental car and more.

First Stamford Place also is located within Stamford’s Enterprise Zone, which provides tax benefits to qualified companies. Enterprise Zone tenants may qualify for an 80 percent abatement of real estate and personal property taxes on all leased space and owned/leased machinery and equipment for five years, for a minimum annual savings of $4.00 per sq. ft., as well as for a 25 percent credit against State of Connecticut corporate income taxes for 10 years.
