5 Hanover Square Inks New Lease Deals Totaling More Than 50,000 Sq. Ft.

NEW YORK—Savanna has completed new and renewed leases at its 5 Hanover Square property.

New leases include:

• Paradysz Inc., an audience development agency, which signed a new lease expansion to occupy space on the property’s 11th floor. The agency now occupies a total of approximately 45,000 sq. ft. on the entire 6th, 7th, and 11th floors. Todd Korren of Savanna and Frank Cento of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord while Brian Weld of Cassidy Turley represented the tenant in this transaction.

• The Christophers Inc., non-profit organization that uses mass media to encourage all individuals to make a positive difference in the world, which signed a new lease renewal and relocation at 5 Hanover Square where it will occupy approximately 3,150 sq. ft. on a portion of the 22nd floor for an extended eight-year term. Korren of Savanna and Cento of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the transaction.

• AFG Partners, a provider of specialized insurance programs linking retail insurance brokers and insurance companies, which signed a new lease to occupy approximately 2,800 sq. ft. on a portion of the 14th floor for an 11-year term. Cento, Jonathan Fein and Carlos Suarez of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, an affiliate of Savanna, while Jeff Sharon of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.
