Harbor Group Acquires NYC Retail Properties

NEW YORK—An affiliate of Harbor Group International LLC (HGI) has acquired 1420 Broadway and 246-248 West 125th Street in New York City.

Comprised of 7,200 sq. ft., 1420 Broadway spans three stories and was constructed in 1911. Currently, the property is 100 percent leased to Christine Inc., a luncheonette/convenience store, a masseuse and a salon.

The property located at 246-248 West 125th Street is a single-story, 5,046-sq.-ft. net leased retail building constructed in 1973 in Harlem. Currently, the property is 100 percent leased to City of Gold and Children’s Place. The property underwent capital improvements in 2011.
