Harlem's Apex Condos 70% Sold

NEW YORK CITY—APEX Condominiums, located at 2300 Frederick Douglass Boulevard and 124th Street in Harlem, has reached the 70% sold mark.

Nearly 30 closings have taken place at APEX, which features 44 contemporary condominium residences located on the top six floors of a 12-story building that also features the boutique, 124-room Starwood Aloft Hotel.

Amenities include a private, secured entrance to the condominiums with an attended lobby; residents-only elevators; storage and a landscaped rooftop terrace with panoramic views reserved for the residential condominium owners. In addition, homeowners have access to hotel amenities such as a second entrance, the w xyz bar, fitness center and on-site parking.

APEX features studio-to-three-bedroom residences priced from $365,000 to just over $1 million. The well-appointed residential floor plans at APEX offer approximately 476 to 1,810 sq. ft. of living space.
