Carolina Herrera Expands at W&H’s 501 Seventh Avenue

NEW YORK CITY—Carolina Herrera, the fashion design company, is increasing its occupancy by more than 60 percent at W&H Properties’ 501 Seventh Avenue, bringing its total to nearly 30,000 sq. ft.

The company renewed its space on the entire 17th floor, which contains 18,509 sq. ft., and added 11,193 sq. ft. on the 16th floor.

Matthew McBride of CB Richard Ellis represented Carolina Herrera in the lease negotiations. Lauren A. Smith and Gary Kamenetsky of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord.

Located at West 37th Street, steps from Penn Station, 501 Seventh Avenue comprises 18 stories and approximately 500,000 sq. ft. of modern office and showroom space.
