Imperium Capital, Bronstein Properties Acquire Midtown Mixed-Use Facility for $42.5M

NEW YORKImperium Capital and Bronstein Properties LLC have acquired 309 West 57th Street in Midtown Manhattan for $42.5 million. A 75,000-sq.-ft. property, 309 West 57th Street includes 102 apartments and a 13,700-sq.-ft. Providence NYC club and event space.

Located next to Columbus Circle and across from the Hearst Tower, the property is the first Midtown acquisition for Imperium Capital.

“This is a prime Manhattan location close to Time Warner Center and near a number of new luxury residential developments, attracting buyers from all over the world,” said Samuel Schneider, managing partner of Imperium Capital. “It is also a prime location adjacent to a number of publishing, media and advertising corporate headquarters.”
