BROOKLYN— Industry City, the enclave that comprises 40 acres of Bush Terminal along Brooklyn's Sunset Park waterfront, has launched a rebranding campaign designed to amplify the appeal of its flexiblespace to attract tenants from the ranks of the creative class and tech sectors.
To promote a fashion-forward image, Industry City recently opened its doors to host creative industry events such as Brooklyn Fashion Weekend (BKFW), which showcased the's versatility and its more than 11,000 sq. ft. of communal exhibition and event space available for artists' use.
Industry City offers 60 newly renovated units of creative office space ranging from 616 to 980 sq. ft. in Building 2. The multi-useunits were each constructed with a modifiable sheet rock interior, and outfitted with a 60-inch circuit breaker panel that can handle enough power to accommodate both light and heavy electricity consumption.
These features make the units adaptable for a variety of uses, ranging from studios and offices to light industrial and manufacturing. Industry City has further space availabilities ranging from 6,000 to 140,000 sq. ft., which can cater to the size requirements for any type of firm.
The rebranding program includes solidifying a brand identity and a website redesign, accompanied by coordinated public relations, advertising and social media campaigns.
