JLL Tapped as Global Real Estate Advisor by IAC

NEW YORK CITY—Jones Lang LaSalle has been selected by IAC as the exclusive global real estate advisor for the company’s real estate needs worldwide.

Jones Lang LaSalle will oversee transaction management, lease administration and select project management assignments for IAC’s global portfolio of real estate, which encompasses more than 1 million sq. ft. of office space in over 40 countries. The assignment includes the firm’s 130,000-sq.-ft., Frank Gehry-designed headquarters at 555 West 18th Street, which is managed by Jones Lang LaSalle.

The Jones Lang LaSalle team for this account will be led by Steven Rotter, executive vice president, and includes Scott Panzer, vice chairman; Ryan Masiello, vice president; Jeff Staubach, managing director; and Chelby Sanders, senior vice president, with the company’s Dallas office. The group will work closely with Christian Bryan, head of real estate for IAC.
