Jordan Company Takes Full Floor at 399 Park Ave.

NEW YORK—The Jordan Company, a private equity firm, has signed a 15-year, 25,000-sq.-ft. lease at 399 Park Avenue. The company is relocating from The General Motors Building at 767 Fifth Avenue.

Cassidy Turley’s David L. Hoffman, Jr., executive managing director, principal, served as tenant representative and Peter Turchin of CBRE and Adam Frazier of Boston Properties represented the building owners in the transaction.

Cassidy Turley will also serve as project manager for the construction and move-in phases at the location.

“Our long-standing history with The Jordan Company gave us unique insight into the company’s comprehensive needs from finding an appropriate Midtown location, to managing the custom build-out and move-in phases,” said Hoffman.

Founded in 1982, The Jordan Company is a middle-market private equity firm with more than $5 billion of committed capital under management and a 30-year track record of investing in and contributing to the growth of many businesses across a wide range of industries. Headquartered in New York, the company also has offices in Chicago and Shanghai.
