Kaufman Organization Signs Four Leases at Nelson Tower

NEW YORK CITY—The Kaufman Organization recently brokered four leases totaling 17,320 sq. ft. at the Nelson Tower, located at 450 Seventh Ave. Barbara Raskob represented Kaufman in all of the transactions:

*Unclaimed Property Recovery and Reporting LLC, a company that works with organizations to provide a variety of shareholder communication, risk assessment and compliance services, signed a seven-year lease for 9,600 sq. ft.

*Invention Resource International, an international inventor assistance organization that helps customers turn invention ideas into reality, expanded their New York location by 961 square feet with a five-year lease for 3,250 sq. ft. The space features a pre-built open floor plan.

*The Compliance Search Group, a company that specializes in the recruitment and placement of Compliance professionals, signed a three-year lease for 2,289 sq. ft. Daniel Lolai of MHP Commercial Brokerage Services represented the tenant in the transaction.

*CourtAlert.Com Inc., a company that provides real time court data to law firms and legal organizations in New York signed a five-year lease for 2,181 sq. ft. The pre-built space was move-in ready for the company. Dave Menaged of Intrepid Real Estate Group LLC represented the tenant in the transaction.

450 Seventh Ave. features 24-hour, 7 day-a-week on-site security and management. Tenants include the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and Reliant Security.
