Keller Williams NYC Appoints COO

NEW YORK CITY—Keller Williams NYC has appointed Zhann Jochinke Chief Operating Officer.

Jochinke will assist CEO Eric Barron in overseeing the continued growth and day-to-day operations of Keller Williams NYC. He will also be responsible for managing the firm’s new 36,000-sq.-ft., full-floor office at 425 Park Avenue.

Since active hiring began in April 2011, Keller Williams NYC has grown to more than 150 agents.

Jochinke is the current president of the Manhattan MLS. He also serves as a director on the board of the Manhattan Association of REALTORS. Previously, he was at Argo Residential where he assisted in daily operations as well as training agents at the company. In 2010, he closed over 100 deals for the firm.

Prior to entering real estate, he opened, managed and operated successful restaurants in Australia and the United Kingdom. He received a BSc from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia.
